📦 General Return Policy

You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Free from odors, makeup, or alterations

Returns without original packaging or those showing signs of wear may be denied.

✅ Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns on the following product categories:

  • Clothing: Tops, bottoms, dresses, jackets, etc.
  • Footwear: Boots, sneakers, sandals, heels
  • Accessories: Belts, hats, scarves, bags
  • Non-pierced jewelry

NOTE: Items must be in resaleable condition and include all original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear
  • Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings)
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items bought using full store credit or coupons

🔁 How to Start a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request
Visit our Returns Portal or email us at info@blacklark.in with your order number, item(s) to return, reason, and preferred outcome (refund, store credit, or exchange).

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We’ll review your request within 24–48 hours and send return instructions and a label (if applicable).

Step 3: Pack & Ship
Securely pack the item(s). If using our prepaid label, a small fee may be deducted from your refund (except for defective returns).

Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once received and approved, refunds are issued in 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, if available.

  • Request exchanges within 10 days
  • We’ll ship the replacement once your original return is received
  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit

💳 Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested. Original and return shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 1 day of delivery. Email us at info@blacklark.in with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit. No return shipping charges apply in these cases.
